Ingredients
- 1 Ib. ground beef
- 1 large garlic clove
- 1 Tbsp. fresh grated ginger
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce (or teriyaki)
- 1 chopped scallion
- 1/2 cup water chestnuts
- 1 tsp. Sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large, glass bowl. Mix with hands to form burgers.
