Ingredients

  • SAUCE:
  • 2 LB GROUND BEEF (MAY USE TURKEY)
  • 2 TBS CHOPPED ONION
  • 1 CUP DRY BREAD CRUMBS
  • 1 EGG
  • 2 tspSALT
  • 1/2 tsp PEPPER
  • 1/4 CUP WATER OR MILK
  • 1 LG CAN CRUSHED PINEAPPLE
  • 1-2 CHICKEN BOUILLON CUBES
  • 4 tsp SOY SAUCE
  • 3/8 CUP BROWN SUGAR
  • 4 tsp KETCHUP
  • 3 OZ VENIGAR
  • 3 OZ WATER
  • 3 TBS CORNSTARCH
  • 3/4 CUP CHOPPED ONIONS

Step 1

MAKE MEATBALLS AND FRY IN PAN. DRAIN FAT AND ADD SAUCE.
GOOD AS APPITIZER OR OVER RICE
