Ingredients
- SAUCE:
- 2 LB GROUND BEEF (MAY USE TURKEY)
- 2 TBS CHOPPED ONION
- 1 CUP DRY BREAD CRUMBS
- 1 EGG
- 2 tspSALT
- 1/2 tsp PEPPER
- 1/4 CUP WATER OR MILK
- 1 LG CAN CRUSHED PINEAPPLE
- 1-2 CHICKEN BOUILLON CUBES
- 4 tsp SOY SAUCE
- 3/8 CUP BROWN SUGAR
- 4 tsp KETCHUP
- 3 OZ VENIGAR
- 3 OZ WATER
- 3 TBS CORNSTARCH
- 3/4 CUP CHOPPED ONIONS

Step 1
MAKE MEATBALLS AND FRY IN PAN. DRAIN FAT AND ADD SAUCE.
GOOD AS APPITIZER OR OVER RICE
