Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c butter softened
- 3 c sugar
- 5 eggs
- 3 c flour
- 3/4 c 7-up
- 2 T lemon extract

Step 1
Preheat oven to 325*
Grease and flour bundt pan.
Cream butter and sugar for 3 minutes. Beat in eggs one at a time, alternate with flour. (begin and end with flour) Add 7-up and lemon extract. Beat 2 minutes. Pour in prepared pan. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
