Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can pumpkin
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. allspice
  • 1 tsp. cloves
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • 1 lg. box instant vanilla pudding (5.1 oz)
  • 3 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 box ginger snaps (12 oz) or
  • a graham cracker pie crust

Step 1

Mix first eight ingredients with a mixer for 2 minute and set aside. In a separate bowl whip up the heavy cream with a mixer until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into pumpkin mixture. Layer in serving bowl – cookies and pudding. Refrigerate for 2-8 hours. Top with whip cream and cinnamon. Can just pour into a graham cracker pie crust. Top with cool whip and sprinkle with cinnamon.
