Homemade Ice Cream

Ingredients

• This is for a 2 gallon freezer:
• 1 doz. eggs
• 3 1/2 cups sugar
• 3 big scoops of vanilla
• 1 pt. half & half
• 1 can evaporated milk
• 1 gallon whole milk
• This is for a 1 gallon freezer:
• 6 eggs
• 1 can evaporated milk
• 1 carton of whipping cream
• 1 1/2 scoops of vanilla
• 2 cups sugar
• fill rest of container with whole milk

Preparation

Step 1

Mix and pour into a ice cream mixer and make ice cream.
