Ingredients
- Two Parts Olive Oil
- One Part Balsamic Vinegar (or red wine vinegar, if you want something lighter)
- One Part Cream (I use milk sometimes if I don't have cream, but obviously it's better with cream)
- Crushed Garlic (for about one cup of olive oil I use one big garlic clove)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Mustard (optional)
