Ingredients
- 1 two pound bag of powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoon corn starch
- 2 tablespoon cream or evaporated milk (or just regular milk will do but it's not as good)
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup water

Step 1
Bring to a boil and let simmer. Dip cooked doughnuts and set aside for cooling.
