By Norma-2
This recipe for peanut butter fudge is my favorite. It is easy to make and always comes out perfect. We like the little bit of crunch from some chopped peanuts.

Preparation
Step 1
Cook the sugar and evaporated milk for 5-7 minutes or until softball stage. To check if it's at the softball stage. Put cold water in a coffee cup and spoon a little of the boiled mixture in the cold water. Using your fingers try to form a ball in the water. If it forms a soft ball that it's done.
In a mixing bowl, put in the next four ingredients. Stir in chopped peanuts, if adding.
Pour hot mixture in mixing bowl and beat. Beat in until it no longer is glossy (3-5 minutes). Pour in a 9x 13” pan.
