Turkey Gravy

  • 2 Celery stalks
  • 2 Carrots
  • 2 Onions
  • 5-6 Leaves Sage
  • 2 leaves Bay
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • 2 strips smoked bacon
  • 12 chicken wings with bones cracked
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 star ronisse
  • Water
  • 2 tbsp flour per pint of gravy



Step 1

Roast all ingredients, except flour in oven for one hour 400 degrees
Take chicken meat off bone
Place tray on high heat on stove and mash up
add 2 tbsp flour per pint of gravy
more Water if necessary
25 minutes simmer while mashing, longer the darker
Add to turkey juices after skimming fat
