Ginger Creams

Ingredients

  • 1 c. molasses
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 T. soda (dissolved in 1 c. hot coffee
  • 1 c. lard
  • 1 tsp. each of ginger, cinnamon, and cloves
  • enough flour to let a spoon stand in it.

Preparation

Step 1

Mix and chill overnight. Form into balls, roll in sugar, and bake at 350 degrees.
