  • GREEN ONIONS
  • TOMATOES CHOPPED
  • AVACADOS CHOPPED
  • JALAPENO PEPPERS SLICED (ORTEGA)
  • CHEDDAR CHEESE GRATED
  • SOUR CREAM

Preparation

Step 1

IN SAUCEPAN MIX SOUP AND SALSA. SET ASIDE. IN SKILLET COVER MED HEAT COOK MEAT UNTIL BROWNED.
POUR OFF FAT. ADD 1/2 CUP SOUP MIXTURE. HEAT. THEN HEAT REMAINING CHEESE MIXTURE.
ARRANGE CHIPS ON LARGE SERVING PLATTER. TOP WITH MEAT MIXTURE, THEN SOUP MIXTURE. TOP WITH TOMATOS AND PEPPERS AND AVACADOS.PUT CHEESE AND SOUR CREAM ON TOP.
