Ingredients

  • 8 Roma tomatoes, finely diced
  • 1 small white onion, finely diced
  • 2-3 (or to taste) chiles serranos, minced
  • 1/2 Cup loosely packed cilantro, roughly chopped
  • 1-2 lines, juiced
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the tomatoes, onions, chiles, cilantro and lime juice. Add salt to taste, and adjust seasonings. Set aside at room temperature.
