Ingredients
- 3 lb potatoes (5 to 6)
- 2 onions
- 1 carrott
- 2 cans cream style corn
- 2 (8oz) cans evaporated milk
- chunk of butter
- salt and pepper
- paprika

Preparation
Step 1
Cube potaotes ,dice onions. Cook potaotes and onions in water. As they are cooking, shred one carrott into pot. When done drain and add 2 cans of cream style corn, 2 cans of evaporated milk and a chunk of butter, salt and pepper. When heated, put in a generous shake of paprika.
