Cake in a Cup

Super fast, fun, and microwavable!!

Ingredients

• 4 tbs. (cake) flour
• 4 tbs. sugar
• 2 tbs. cocoa
• 1 egg
• 3 tbs. milk
• 3 tbs. oil
• 1 mug

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients in mug. Lumps are ok. Cook 3 minutes in microwave. Remove from mug (should just slide out with a jiggle) onto plate or bowl. Enjoy with milk, add some whipped cream for good measure.
