Ingredients

  • cup orange juice

    banana

  • cups frozen berries

    cup low-fat plain yogurt

    tbsp sugar or Splenda

Directions

Combine orange juice, banana, berries, yogurt and sugar in a blender; cover and blend until creamy. Serve immediately.
