Ingredients

• 1 3/4 cup flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1/3 cup peanut butter
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup brown sugar - firmly packed
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• Hershey kisses

Preparation

Step 1

Sift together flour, baking soda & salt. Cream together butter & peanut butter. Gradually add sugar & brown sugar. Cream well & add egg & vanilla. Beat well. Blend in dry ingredients & mix thoroughly. Shape into balls using a rounded teaspoonful. Roll in sugar, place on greased cookie sheets. Bake 8 minutes at 375 degrees. Top each cookie with solid milk chocolate kiss. Press down so cookie cracks around edge. Return to oven 2 - 5 minutes until golden brown.
