Ingredients
- 1/2 cup egg whites (3 egg?)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 pkg. coconut
- 1 pkg. almonds
- chocolate almond bark
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk egg whites and sugar together. Add coconut and form into logs. Place almonds on top and bake at 350 degrees for ten minutes or until light brown. Dip them in chocolate almond bark and cool on waxed paper.
NOTE: Use the egg yolks for making noodles. If you don’t want to cook the noodles at that time, put the noodles in a bag and freeze them until you do want to cook them.
