Ingredients

  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple
  • 3 pkg (10 oz) frozen strawberries in juice, thawed (or a big carton of fresh)
  • 1 can (6 oz) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1 can (6 oz) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • 3 bundles of bananas, cut into 1/4 inch slices
  • 3 cans lemon-lime soda
  • 20 paper cups (5 oz) or more

Step 1

In a large bowl, mix pineapple, strawberries, orange juice, lemonade, bananas, soda, water and sugar. Pour about a ½ cup into each paper cup. Cover with foil and freeze until firm. Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving. Serve in a dessert cup. Yield 20 servings (9½ cups). For 30 servings, pour by 1/3 cupfuls into paper-lined muffin cups.
