Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 24 nutter butter sandwich cookies
  • 5 tbs butter melted
  • Filling:
  • 1 8oz pkg cream cheese
  • 1 c creamy peanut butter
  • 3/4 c sugar
  • 1 tbs vanilla
  • 1 oz container cool whip (thawed), divided

Preparation

Step 1

Crust:
Crush the cookies in a zip-lock bag with a rolling pin.
Mix cookie crumbs with butter. Press into bottom and sides of 9" pie plate.

Filling:
Mix cream cheese, peanut butter,sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
Gently stir in 1 1/2 cups whipped topping. Spoon into crust.

Freeze 4 hrs or overnight

Let stand 1/2 hr or until pie can be cut

Garnish with remaining whipped topping and additional cookies if desired

Just before serving you can drizzle plate with chocolate syrup
