Ingredients
- 4 cups almonds (or cashews)
- 1 egg white
- 1 TB water
- A squirt of honey
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 TB brown sugar

Step 1
Whip up egg and water until foamy, then add honey. Fold into the nuts. Add the next four ingredients. Bake for 1 ½ to 2 hours, at 200 degrees, stirring three or four times.
