Ingredients

  • 1 # Stew meat
  • 2 Cups diced Potatoes
  • 1 Cup Chopped Onions
  • 1 Cup Chopped Celery
  • 1 Cup Sliced Carrots
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Talblespoons Tapioca
  • 1 Teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 Cup Beef Broth
  • 1-2 Talblespoons Steak Sauce
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 1/4 Teaspoon of Thyme, Marjoram, and Basil

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients in a casserole dish with a cover. Place in 250 degree oven for 4 hours. Do not lift lid while cooking. Stir after removing from oven.

Note:Browning the stew meat is not required and it will turn out looking like you browned it.
