Ingredients
- 1 # Stew meat
- 2 Cups diced Potatoes
- 1 Cup Chopped Onions
- 1 Cup Chopped Celery
- 1 Cup Sliced Carrots
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 2 Talblespoons Tapioca
- 1 Teaspoon Sugar
- 1 Cup Beef Broth
- 1-2 Talblespoons Steak Sauce
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 1/4 Teaspoon of Thyme, Marjoram, and Basil

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients in a casserole dish with a cover. Place in 250 degree oven for 4 hours. Do not lift lid while cooking. Stir after removing from oven.
Note:Browning the stew meat is not required and it will turn out looking like you browned it.
