Applesauce Cake

Ingredients

• 1/3 cup- margarine
• 1 cup- sugar
• 1 1/2 cup- applesauce
• 2 cups- flour
• 1 tsp- soda
• pinch of salt
• 1 tsp- cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp- cloves
• 1/2 tsp- nutmeg
• 1 cup- raisins

Preparation

Step 1

Cream margarine and sugar, then add applesauce. Sift dry ingredients together, then add raisins and mix with other ingredients.

Bake in well grease loaf or 8 X 8" pan at 350 for 45 minutes
