Spritz Cookies

A light buttery cookie you can make in different shapes with a spritz maker. Great for special occasions and Christmas.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c butter
- 1 c sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 T milk
- 1 teas vanilla
- 1/2 teas almond extract
- 4 c flour
- 1 teas baking powder
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together. Put dough in the spritz maker and bake at 400 for 6 to 8 min until lightly browned on the edges. You can also color the dough at Christmas. I decorate them with different sprinkles.
