Ingredients

  • 1-3 lb bag of chicken breast (thawed)
  • 1/2 Cup italian dressing
  • 1-16 oz box of Penne pasta
  • 1 1/2 Cups celery
  • 1/2 Cup diced green onion
  • 4 Cups red grapes
  • 1/4 Cup vegetable oil
  • 2 1/2 Cups mayonasie
  • 3 Tbl milk
  • 3 Tbl honey
  • 1 Tbl dejoin mustard
  • 1 1/2 Tsp salt
  • 3 Tsp ground thrme

Preparation

Step 1

Marinade chicken in Italian dressing then grill untilled cooked to 165. Cut into bit size pieces.

Cook pasta according to box, then drain

Combine diced celery, green onions, grapes, pasta and sliced chicken breast in large bowl.

Add vegetable oil and 1 Tsp. ground thyme to chicken mixture

Combine mayo, milk, honey, mustard and the remaining ground thyme in separate bowl.

Refrigerate both mixtures for 2 hours.

Before serving combine honey/mustard mixture with chicken mixture.
