  • 1 pkg yellow cake mix
  • 1 (3 oz) pkg pineapple flavored gelatin
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup salad oil
  • 1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 4 eggs
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Preparation

Step 1

Combine cake mix, gelatin, water and oil. Add eggs, one at a time. Mix well.

Add undrained pineapple.

Pour into a well greased tube or bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 25 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar or serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
