Ingredients

  • green tomato
  • all purpose flour
  • milk or water
  • beaten egg
  • corn meal or bread crumbs
  • oil for frying

Step 1

There's really no set amount of ingredients.
Just slice your green tomatoes, dip each slice in water or milk, then flour, then egg, then meal (I prefer meal to bread crumbs, just a matter of taste)
Fry in oil 5 to 6 minute on each side on medium heat til brown. Serve hot.

*** Most of the time, I just mix my meal with a little flour, dip my tomatoes in water, then the meal and fry.
Simple, easy and good.
