Crunchy Good Pork Chops


Very easy. I'm told by many it's the best pork chops they've ever had!

  • French Fried Onions
  • 3 T flour
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 6 pork chops


Servings 6


Step 1

Place FF onions in plastic bag and crush up then place in
shallow dish. Mix in flour well.

Dip chops in beaten egg, then dip in onion mixture, be
sure to coat chops well, pressing down so it sticks good.

Place on baking sheet and bake at 425 degrees for about
30 minutes or until not pink in middle...depending on thickness of chops.

"Pan Fry"
Put about 1/4 inch of oil in skillet (using an iron skillet is great), make sure oil is hot before placing chops in skillet. I let mine get a nice crispy brown, then flip and brown other side.
