Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 1 bag coleslaw or 1 medium head green cabbage shredded or chopped fine
- 1 large carrots shredded (only if not in bagged coleslaw
- 2/3 c. buttermilk
- 1/2 c. mayonaise
- 1/4 c. sour cream
- 8 scallions, chopped fine
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together dressing ingredients. Add to cabbage. Refrigerate until chilled, about 30 minutes. Add salt and more pepper if needed. Will become watery if made more than 1 hour before serving.
