Italian Meatballs
These delicious, cheesy meatballs are great with spaghetti and other pasta dishes, on meatball sandwiches, or just on their own.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup ground pork
- 3/4 cup ground beef
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1 egg
- 2 1/4 tsp chopped fresh or dried parsley
- 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup milk

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 f. Line a sheet tray with aluminum foil and spray with nonstick spray.
In a large bowl, mix pork and beef. In a small bowl, mix egg, garlic, parsley and cheese. Add egg mixture to meat and blend. Mix in breadcrumbs evenly. Add milk a tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is achieved. Roll into 1 1/2 inch balls, place on sheet tray.
Bake 20-25 minutes and serve with or in warmed marinara sauce and topped with cheese.
