Ingredients
- 1 1/4 Cup Oreo Baking Crumbs
- 1/4 Cup Melted Butter
- 3 – 250g Packages Cream Cheese
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
- 6 Squares Semi-Sweet Chocolate Melted and Lightly Cooled
- 1/4 Cup Hazelnut Liqueur
- 3 eggs
Preparation
Step 1
Combine crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 9” spring form pan. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until well blended. Blend in melted chocolate and liqueur. Add eggs one at a time; mix just until blended. Pour over crust. Bake at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes, or until center is almost set. Cool completely, then refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. If desired, melt 2 squares semi-sweet chocolate with 2 tablespoons whipping cream and drizzle over cheesecake to garnish.
