lbs small red potatoes
cup olive oil
cloves garlic, peeled
T finely chopped fresh rosemary
t kosher or coarse sea salt
Grate garlic into the olive oil and mix in the rosemary leaves. Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and toss with the garlic and rosemary oil. Place potatoes on a baking sheet and bake at 450 for 50 minutes. Drizzle with salt and leftover rosemary oil.
