- 3 lbs small red potatoes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled
- 2 T finely chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 t kosher or coarse sea salt

Step 1
Grate garlic into the olive oil and mix in the rosemary leaves. Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and toss with the garlic and rosemary oil. Place potatoes on a baking sheet and bake at 450 for 50 minutes. Drizzle with salt and leftover rosemary oil.
