• 1/2 Cup of Butter
• 1/2 Cup of Sugar
• 1/2 Cup of Brown Sugar
• 1 Egg
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1 1/2 Cups of All Purpose Flour
• 1/4 Cup of Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
• 1/2 tsp. of Baking Powder
• 1/2 tsp. of Baking Soda
• 1/2 tsp. of Salt
• 1 Cup of Desired Flavored Baking Chips

Preparation

Step 1

Step 1. Heat oven to 350
Step 2. Cream butters and sugars in large bowl with mixer high speed. Lower to medium speed add egg and vanilla
Step 3. Sift together the flour, cocoa, baking soda and powder, and salt
Step 4. Add dry mixture to the butter mixture beat until fully combined. Fold in baking chips
Step 5. Form the dough into 1 1/2 inch balls. place on parchment or full lined baking sheets, two inches apart
Step 6. Bake until centers are just set about 12 minutes. let coll 5 minutes then transfer to wire racks
