Ingredients
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- pickling spices
- 2 cans, 16 ozs each, sliced beets (reserve liquid)
- 24 eggs - hard boiled and peeled
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together (except eggs) and bring to a boil. Boil for ten minutes. Place eggs in a large glass jar and cover with the boiling mixture. Refrigerate for several days to pickle the eggs.
