Ingredients
- 1 box red velvet cake mix (2-layer size)
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 T. water
- 1/2 C. solid vegetable shortening (the trans fat-free kind works fine)
- 3/4 C. white baking chips
Preparation
Step 1
Mix cake mix, eggs, water and shortening until well-blended. Stir in chips. Shape into balls (1 T. dough). Place on a greased cookie sheet or on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes.
