Ingredients
- 3 lbs. chicken (cut up)
- 2 – 8 oz. cream cheese
- 2 – 4.5 oz green chilies
- 2 cans green enchilada sauce
- Soft shells
- Cheddar cheese

Step 1
Cook chicken until no longer pink, then add cream cheese, chilies, and enchilada sauce. Cook until melted and creamy. Place enough shells on bottom of a greased 9x13” pan. Layer chicken mixture, cheddar cheese, and shells repeatedly ending with a layer of shells on top. Pour the other can of enchilada sauce on top and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
