Tbsp. strawberry jello
Mix sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan. Add 1 cup water. Stir to start 'dissolving'. Cook on medium high until semi-thick. Turn off heat. Stir in 2 Tbsp. of strawberry jello (more or less depending on how rich you want your color). Let cool slightly and pour over your strawberries that are already in your pie shell. Don't let it cool too much - this thickens quickly as it stands and it will be too thick to pour evenly.
