Ingredients
- 1 large onion, peeled
- 1 Tbls. butter
- 1 tsp. beef bouillon granules
Preparation
Step 1
Hollow out center of onion to depth of 1". Chopped removed onion. Place butter and bouillon in center of onion and top with chopped onion.
Wrap tightly in heavy duty foil. Cook on grill over medium heat for 25-30 minutes or until tender.
Cut onion into 4 wedges.
