Ingredients
- 50 littleneck clams
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 6-8 minced garlic cloves
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 1/2 cups white wine
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- Chopped white onions
- Cherry grape tomatoes
- Oregano
Preparation
Step 1
Rinse clams. Heat oil. Add garlic and pepper flakes. Cook one minute not browned. Add wine and simmer until wine reduced by half.
Add clams, cover pot cook shaking pot every so often about 5 min. Add butter and the rest ingredients and continue to cook until clams open
