Ingredients
- 1 Cup Tomato Jucie
- 3/4 Cup Quaker Oats
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Onion
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Pepper
- 1 1/2 lb. Lean Ground Beef
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees. Combine all ingredients except ground beef. Mix well. Add ground beef, mix lightly but thoroughly. Plress into 8 X 4 inch loaf pan. Bake 1 hour. Drain, let stand 5 minutes.
