Ingredients
- 2 c. dry rice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- a whole chicken in pieces or 4-5 chicken breast
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
Preparation
Step 1
Use a flat pan – put in above ingredients. Then lay chicken pieces on top and sprinkle with 1 envelop dry onion soup mix. Cover with foil tightly and bake for 1 to 1 ½ hours at 350 degrees. Don’t peek!
