Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning per quart of water
  • Baby Red Potatoes - raw
  • Sweet Onions - raw
  • Andouille Sausage cut in 2 inch pieces - precooked
  • Polska Kielbasa cut in 2 inch pieces - precooked
  • Sweet Corn on the Cob- precooked
  • Jumbo Uncooked Shrimp - raw
  • Scallops - raw
  • Crawdads - precooked
  • Crablegs - precooked

Preparation

Step 1

Fill a large pot with water, use enough water to cover all ingredients.

Adjust Old Bay to taste and bring to boil.

Add Baby Red Potatoes and onion – Boil for 10 minutes

Reduce heat to medium

Add Sausage and corn for 10 minutes

Add raw seafood and cook for 3 minutes

Add all precooked seafood and cook for 3 minutes
