Low Country Boil is a southern tradition. It is really easy to make. Feel free to vary all ingredients and quantities of each to match your taste. That’s the reason no quantities specified. It can be customize and still come out great. Enjoy!

    teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning per quart of water

  • Baby Red Potatoes - raw

  • Sweet Onions - raw

  • Andouille Sausage cut in 2 inch pieces - precooked

  • Polska Kielbasa cut in 2 inch pieces - precooked

  • Sweet Corn on the Cob- precooked

  • Jumbo Uncooked Shrimp - raw

  • Scallops - raw

  • Crawdads - precooked

  • Crablegs - precooked


Fill a large pot with water, use enough water to cover all ingredients. Adjust Old Bay to taste and bring to boil. Add Baby Red Potatoes and onion – Boil for 10 minutes Reduce heat to medium Add Sausage and corn for 10 minutes Add raw seafood and cook for 3 minutes Add all precooked seafood and cook for 3 minutes Put some newspaper on the table and dump it out!
