Ingredients
- 1 Pie crust (bottom only)
- Filling
- 1 Egg
- 1 C. Sugar
- 1/3 C. flur
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 16 ox. sour cream
- 6-8 sliced peeled apples.
- 1 cup raisins9 dusted in flour)
- Topping
- 1 C. chopped walnuts (opitonal)
- 1/2 C. flour
- 1/3 C. brown sugar
- 1/3 C. granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 C. butter (room temperature)
Preparation
Step 1
Filling:
Beat the egg and add rest of ingredients and fold in apples slices. Pile into pie shell. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes. Reduce head to 350 and bake 40-50 minutes more, until apples are tender. Add topping. Bake 15 minutes more.
Topping:
Add dry ingredients to chopped nuts. Add butter, mix until crumbly.
**Remember to bake pie first then add topping.
