Ingredients
- 1 lb. spaghetti
- 8 slices bacon
- coarse salt & ground pepper
- 3 lg. eggs
- 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. half & half
Preparation
Step 1
Cook noodles and bacon. Whisk eggs, Parmesan and half & half. Drain pasta leave some water clinging to it. Work quickly and add hot pasta to egg mixture. Add bacon, season with salt and pepper and toss all to combine. Serve immediately. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese.
