Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1/2 cup margarine
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 cups flour
• 1 tsp cream of tartar
• 2 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 cups chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Combine flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, salt, and chocolate chips. Cream butters, sugars, add egg and beat well. Add vanilla. Add flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoonful onto cookie sheet. Bake approx. 10 minutes at 350.
