pkg. (8oz) Cream Cheese, Softened
Nilla Wafers, finely crushed (about 2-⅓ cups)
Tbsp carmel ice cream topping
pkg.. (8squares each) Bakers Seni Sweet Chocolate, melted
cup chopped pecans, Health Bar, Andes Mints,Sprinkles, Coconut
Mix first 3 ingredients together until well blended. Shape into 42(1-inch) balls. Freeze 10 minutes. Dip balls in melted chocolate and place in a single layer in a shallow waxed paper lined pan. Sprinkle with desired topping. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm. Makes 42.
