pkg. (8.25 oz.) Hamburger Helper zesty Italian
cans (14 oz. each) beef broth
tsp. dried basil leaves
bag (1 lb.) frozen mixed vegetables
Shredded Parmesan cheese, if desired
Cook sausage in 4-quart Dutch oven over medium-high heat 4 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until no longer pink; drain if necessary. Stir in pasta, sauce mix, water, broth and basil. Heat to boiling. Cook uncovered 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in frozen vegetables. Cook uncovered 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender and vegetables are hot. Serve with cheese.
