Macadamia Nut and White Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup shortening
• 1/2 cup butter
• 2 &1/2 cups flour
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/2 teaspoon soda
• 2 cups white chocolate chips
• 1 cup macadamia nuts chopped

Preparation

Step 1

In large bowl beat shortening and butter until well blended , add about half of the flour to the butter mixture ,
Then add brown sugar , sugar ,eggs ,vanilla and soda , mixed until thorouhly combined ,add remaining flour .
Stir in white chips and nuts . Drop onto cookie sheet.

Bake at 350 deg. for 8 to 10 minutes.
