Custard Pie

Ingredients

• 4 eggs
• 2 1/2 C milk
• 1/2 C sugar
• 1 t vanilla
• 1 t almond extract
• 1 t salt
• 1 t nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1

Line pie pan with crust. Heat oven to 400 for 10 min.
Beat eggs in large bowl. Add rest of ingredients, mix well,
Pour into crust. Cover edges with foil bake 20-25 min tillknife inserted near center is clean.
Cool completly, store in fridge.
