POTATO LATKE

Ingredients

• Yukon gold potatoes- grated
• 2 eggs
• 2 TBSPS. flour
• green onions
• salt & pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Spray fry pan with grape seed oil.

Some butter in pan....Medium-high heat

Put dollops in pan & flip & fry til done.




You can do these a day earlier if necessary. Fry and put on a baking sheet and then place in the oven later & reheat.
